Despite my late check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating and ensured a smooth arrival. the room was not only impeccably clean but also had fantastic heating, perfect for the chilly mountain nights. I was delighted to find the bed incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest before my mountain adventures. the convenient location near both the main attractions and the train station made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, Nova exceeded all my expectations, and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for a memorable and comfortable stay in the Carpathian Mountains.
